This Studio Mezzanine project showcases how thoughtful design can completely redefine compact living. What began as a small, underutilized structure was transformed into a bright, functional, and modern home through a full architectural and interior renovation. The result is a warm minimalist space that feels open, layered, and surprisingly generous in scale — even on a limited footprint.

At the heart of the design is the double-height living room featuring a sunken lounge, creating depth, intimacy, and a sculptural focal point without sacrificing floor space. Natural light filters in through large windows, highlighting the soft white palette, lime-washed textures, and warm wood accents that shape the interior atmosphere.
